Formación

• Graduate in a relevant engineering field.
• Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering advantageous.
• Driving License required.
• Previous experience preferred but not necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Complete preventative maintenance and emergency calls.
• Test instruments in all operating modes.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage service licenses and installations.

Responsibilities

• Complete preventative maintenance routine as scheduled and per contract conditions, as well as emergency calls.
• Test repaired instruments in all operating modes
• Install retrofits and instruct customers of resultant benefits and changes.
• Responsible for customer satisfaction on assigned cases.
• Ensures a high level of communication with customers, sales force, Clinical Applications and operations within the operating region, to ensure customer needs are rapidly addressed.
• Responsible for controlling expenses within budgeted guidelines.
• Support spare parts management, including the timely return of strategic spare part cores.
• Strategically promote, educate and market Alcon services to customers.
• Provide feedback to the sales force and management team and inform about any commercial opportunity.
• Achieve technical training certifications to meet requirements and scope of responsibilities.
• Service License agreement management.
• Responsible for the installation and removal of new systems and demo environments.

We are seeking

• Graduate in Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering or Industrial
• Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering would be an advantage
• Highly recommended network communication knowledge or experience
• Similar experience would be an advantage
• English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Driving License
• Basic technical knowledge: oscilloscope
• Organized, autonomous, adaptable and flexible person
