Johnson & Johnson Innovation is seeking a Medical Science Liaison in Bogotá, Colombia. You will engage physicians and stakeholders to discuss therapies, influence practice, and gather insights to guide medical strategy. This field-based role requires heavy travel and a strong scientific background.

The position emphasizes KOL engagement, scientific exchange planning, and collaboration across medical affairs to support tomorrow's breakthroughs in Innovative Medicine.

Formación

• Degree in Health Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related scientific field with relevant postgraduate education.
• Deep scientific knowledge of the therapeutic area and ability to interpret and disseminate data.
• Experience in healthcare or academic research; MSL experience preferred.
• English proficiency: C1-C2; strong in communication.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as scientific and medical expert for stakeholders.
• Build relationships with academic and healthcare professionals to influence practice.
• Communicate value of innovation attributes (efficacy, safety, adherence).
• Execute scientific events within designated areas.
• Shape medical practice by driving behavioral change among professionals.
• Design and execute scientific exchange plans with KOLs.
• Ensure continuing medical education programs align with exchange plans.
• Respond to inquiries and integrate data into real-world practice.
• Gather insights from field interactions on needs and opportunities.
• Identify potential sites and support recruitment with Medical Department.
