Job summary

IBM is seeking a Process Delivery Specialist in Procurement BPO to manage internal transactions, optimize procurement processes, and support vendor engagement. The role focuses on accurate daily processing, data handling, and identifying efficiency improvements across the transaction flow.

Applicants should have at least 2 years in administrative roles, 1+ year in BPO and purchasing, and be capable of working Colombian holidays. Portuguese written and spoken skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in administrative areas.
• Experience in purchasing, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO services.
• At least 1 year in current role with responsibilities in purchasing and procurement.
• Willingness to work Colombia holidays.
• Portuguese written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage Internal Transactions: daily processing of ordering and receiving services and handling procurement data.
• Identify Improvement Opportunities: analyze processes to find efficiency improvements.
• Support Vendor Engagement: assist in vendor management, research, cost analysis and procurement activities.
• Execute Procurement Activities: perform purchasing and supply chain tasks to ensure effective processes.
• Maintain Efficiency: maximize transaction-flow and reporting efficiency.
