Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency with Elixir and the Phoenix framework.
• Experience with OTP and distributed systems, functional programming.
• Designing RESTful APIs and working with PostgreSQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend systems and APIs using Elixir and Phoenix.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements.
• Own features from conception to launch with technical specs and clean code.
• Write unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews for quality.
• Identify bottlenecks, fix bugs, and improve performance and scalability.
• Stay current with Elixir ecosystem trends and practices.
