Job summary

The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) Colombia Country Delegation in Bogotá is seeking a Programme and Operations Officer to support the Earthquake Emergency Appeal Coordinator. You will help design, plan, implement and follow up activities while ensuring alignment with IFRC standards.

The role focuses on leading and coordinating programme staff, delivering timely reporting, managing pledges and donor relations, and guiding operational delivery in disaster

Qualifications

• University degree in Social Science or related field is required.
• At least 3 years of relevant humanitarian sector experience.
• Experience in Red Cross Red Crescent Movement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in disaster management, climate action, community resilience.
• Support project data collection, monitoring, reporting.
• Coordinate pledge-based reporting and donor reporting.
• Ensure compliance with IFRC policies and donor requirements.
• Assist Operations and Programs in proposal development and grant applications.
