Job summary

CONDUENT COLOMBIA S.A in Bogotá is seeking a bilingual trainer (doctor/nurse) to deliver instructor-led and virtual training, onboard new hires, and develop training materials. You will analyze training outcomes and collaborate with SMEs to raise performance. A healthcare background with 5+ years of training experience, especially in call centers, is required.

This role offers remote work, permanent contract, and access to equipment and connectivity support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience, ideally delivering training within healthcare environments.
• Experience delivering training within a call center environment is preferred.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience with call center operations and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and Outlook.
• English level: C1.

WE’RE HIRING: BILINGUAL TRAINER (DOCTOR/ NURSE)

We’re looking for an experienced proffesional to join our Training team and support the development of employees within a dynamic healthcare and contact center environment.

What you’ll do

• Deliver engaging instructor-led and virtual training,
• facilitate new hire classes,
• conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions,
• support the development and improvement of training materials,
• collaborate with subject matter experts,
• analyze training results,
• and help identify opportunities to strengthen employee performance.

What we’re looking for

• Medical Doctor, Nurse, or professional in a related healthcare field, with experience as a trainer, instructor, or tutor. Experience delivering training within a call center environment is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience, ideally delivering training within healthcare environments
• Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Experience with call center operations and performance metrics
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and Outlook
• English level: C1

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. EST

Schedule may vary depending on business needs.

New Hire Training:

Training classes may last up to 6 weeks.
