Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in Mexico. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development, transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.

You will own the backlog, drive API integrations, and lead end-to-end testing to ensure robust supply chain execution.

Formación

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and tech specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

What You'll Bring

• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.


• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, perform root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).
