PeopleInc in Silver Creek and Farnham is seeking a Direct Support Professional to help individuals live their best life. You will support daily living skills, promote independence, and ensure a safe, respectful environment.

The role offers paid training, competitive pay at $19 per hour, and a raise to $20 after a 6-month probation. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, with PTO, benefits, and career growth opportunities.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to meet physical requirements including lifting up to 35 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Support people in daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and transportation.
• Encourage participation in hobbies, social activities, and community events.
• Follow care plans that respect each person’s choices, strengths, and needs.
