Phoenix Home Care has an immediate opening for a caring and dependable caregiver to provide direct support for a client in Columbia, MO. Experience working with individuals who have Down syndrome is beneficial. This part‑time role may only be a few hours a day, but the support, encouragement, and connection you bring will make a lasting difference.

Schedule

Monday and Thursday 12 pm to 4:30 pm

What We’re Looking For

• Direct support care experience is required
• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
