EPAM Systems is seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead complex, multinational initiatives at the intersection of technology and business strategy. You will drive delivery operations, governance, and vendor coordination across large-scale digital programs while maintaining high-quality outcomes.

The role requires 8+ years of experience including 3+ in lead roles, strong architecture exposure, and excellent English communication. A collaborative, fast-paced environment with global teams awaits.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent certification.
• 8+ years of work experience with at least 3 years in lead/manager roles.
• Experience managing teams of 20+ people and large-scale programs.
• Strong background in Software Delivery Management and Solution Architecture.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders (VP level and above).
• Excellent English communication skills (C1+).

We are on the search for a Digital Project Manager to join our organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery operations, addressing challenges that emerge on large-scale programs featuring integrated Digital elements
• Drive the initiation, planning, and execution of intricate projects and programs
• Remain actively involved in release management to guarantee high-quality outcomes from team-delivered solutions
• Choose and apply appropriate delivery methodologies for successful project execution
• Determine technology solutions capable of resolving client business challenges
• Hold yourself and your team accountable against KPIs covering delivery performance, business health, team growth, and technical skill development
• Set up project and program governance structures suited to particular client environments
• Continuously sharpen your technical expertise while guiding, coordinating, and shaping decisions on critical technology matters
• Function as the delivery and technology partner for clients, connecting their vision with existing solutions and capabilities
• Take charge of guiding decisions across internal and client teams to ensure effective execution
• Establish and champion engineering best practices that fuel continuous gains in quality and productivity

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent advanced certification
• At least 8 years of applicable work experience, including a minimum of 3 years in Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator capacities
• A minimum of one year managing a team of 20 or more people
• At least 5 full-cycle project experiences, or involvement across multiple projects covering various stages of the development lifecycle
• Demonstrated success delivering complete software solutions within highly complex, distributed settings
• Solid background and current hands-on expertise in Software Delivery Management and Solution Architecture
• Proven experience working with sophisticated Digital systems and components
• Experience partnering with senior-level stakeholders at the VP level and above
• Strong project or program management capabilities within a highly technical setting
• Comprehensive understanding of planning, resourcing, and delivering large-scale technical projects, including familiarity with User Experience Design elements such as design systems/frameworks, user research, accessibility, and content strategy
• Knowledge of CMS platforms
• Knowledge of eCommerce platforms
• Background in mobile app design and development
• Excellent English (C1+) communication skills, capable of clearly and effectively conveying technical concepts to varied audiences

Nice to have

• Experience running programs focused on modernization and re-platforming of large-scale solutions
• Familiarity with Digital Transformation efforts and the obstacles involved in implementing them within legacy systems
• Understanding of Domain Driven Design concepts
• Experience developing solutions starting from the ground up
• Experience delivering cloud-ready solutions using platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure
• Experience bringing microservice architectures into production
• Experience delivering data-intensive solutions, with integration architecture knowledge viewed as a plus
