The ideal candidate has over 3 years of B2C marketing experience and strong project management skills. Formación

Overview

The digital marketing specialist role is a dynamic role with broad exposure across the business and involvement in all aspects of our marketing strategy. You’ll manage and activate integrated campaigns, support content development, and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies. If you have a solid foundation in digital marketing campaign management, are highly organized, and want to make an impact on an energetic team, this role is for you.

You’ll work directly with the Select Marketing team to deliver strategies and campaigns across customer segments, coordinating with centralized resources and external partners. Responsibilities include campaign execution, content and collateral development, website updates, and multi-channel programs spanning email, events, advertising, social media, and analytics.

How you’ll make an impact
  • Own end-to-end campaign execution: turn strategy into action, audience segmentation, creative coordination, QA, launch, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
  • Develop and manage marketing assets (email, web, social, ads, brochures) while maintaining brand, accessibility, and compliance standards.
  • Partner with centralized resources and agency partners to ensure quality and timeliness.
  • Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, testing, and insights.
  • Provide ad hoc support for events, logistics, and other marketing needs.
About you
  • 3+ years of B2C marketing experience, preferably with agency. Insurance experience a plus.
  • Strong project management skills (Workfront or similar) with ability to manage multiple projects, create briefs, and develop detailed plans.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud (or similar) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Clear, concise writing and editing skills; ability to review creative and produce campaign reports.
  • Strong analytics acumen: campaign setup, QA, performance tracking, reporting, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Broad digital experience across channels including social media and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills for managing up and across teams.
  • Event management experience (as needed).
