Digital Marketing & Brand Manager (DMBM)
Brand and digital ecosystem across all markets. This role is responsible for leading brand strategy, digital presence, creative execution, content positioning, and asset consistency across every touchpoint (web, social, campaigns, decks, events, product communication, etc.). This is not a passive branding role—this is a brand + digital growth hybrid that directly supports revenue teams. You will create and manage narratives that generate awareness, demand, trust, and qualified leads (SQLs) for Corporate / B2B & B2B2C. You will lead a multidisciplinary creative team (design, web, video, community) and translate EFY’s into high-quality, measurable executions aligned with compliance, product, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Own EFY’s global brand strategy, voice, messaging, and visual identity.
- Ensure consistent positioning across markets, segments, and products.
- Manage and evolve brand guidelines, visual systems, and asset libraries.
- Digital Presence & Performance
- Lead EFY’s website ecosystem (corporate sites, landing pages, blog, resource hubs) in coordination with the Web Lead.
- Improve conversion rates, UX, and content flows across all digital properties.
- Analyze digital performance (traffic, engagement, conversion, SQL attribution).
- Content & Narrative Development
- Craft unified storytelling for HNWIs, corporates, banks, fintechs, and retail users.
- Oversee content strategy for LinkedIn, X, YouTube, newsletters, and long‑form formats.
- Guide the production of videos, graphics, decks, and marketing collateral.
- Demand Generation Support
- Partner with Revenue to generate qualified leads (SQLs) through brand assets, content, campaigns, and paid media.
- Align brand initiatives with revenue goals and product priorities.
- Creative & Technical Team Leadership
- Lead a multidisciplinary creative team (designers, video editors, community manager, web resources).
- Review and approve creative deliverables with high visual and technical standards.
- Manage workflows, prioritization, and deadlines across multiple initiatives.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Revenue, Compliance, and Operations to ensure the brand reflects technical accuracy, regulatory considerations, and commercial priorities.
Required Competencies
- Strategic brand thinking with strong business orientation.
- Leadership of creative and technical teams.
- Strong storytelling and narrative development across multiple audiences.
- Data‑driven decision‑making and comfort with KPIs (traffic, engagement, SQLs, SOV).
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
- Strong cross‑functional communication (Product, Revenue, Compliance).
Technical Skills
- Experience leading brand development or rebranding in multi‑country organizations.
- Solid understanding of website structure, UX fundamentals, and digital asset management.
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Suite, Canva) to review and guide teams.
- Experience managing brand presence in digital channels (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, blogs, newsletters).
- Strong command of analytics tools (GA4, Search Console, social metrics, UTMs).
- Familiarity with fintech, stablecoins, digital wallets, and cross‑border payments (preferred but not required).
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
- Fluent English is a must.
Required Experience
- 6+ years in marketing, branding or digital roles (fintech, SaaS, financial services, tech preferred).
- Experience leading creative teams and managing high‑volume content pipelines.
- Strong portfolio or track record of brand and digital growth initiatives.
- Experience working in regional (LATAM) or global environments.
- Fully bilingual: Spanish + English.

- Increased EFY’s brand awareness in priority LATAM markets.
- Delivered Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) per quarter through brand channels.
- Achieved brand consistency across all digital and physical assets.
- Improved web‑to‑lead conversion and enhanced engagement metrics.
