In this role, you'll help turn business needs into clear work for our Sitecore web platform. You'll connect Product Owners, Digital, Content, Analytics, Design, and Development so the team can deliver digital experiences that are clear, useful, and user centered.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Turn ideas into user stories with clear acceptance criteria that help teams build and test with confidence.
• Keep the backlog ready and support sprint planning and refinement so delivery stays focused.
• Work across Digital Experience, Web, Marketing Automation, and Analytics to make sure requirements are complete before handoff.
• Partner with Sitecore teams to define what the platform needs to do, then check that the delivered result meets the business need.
• Support user acceptance testing, close out documentation, and help hand stories over to production in a clear way.
• Help improve intake, workflow, and delivery steps so the team can keep learning and getting better.

About You

• 3 to 6+ years of experience as a business analyst supporting a content management system.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum teams.
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria for design and development teams.
• Experience supporting Sitecore, or another marketing content management system.
• Experience managing and prioritizing a backlog.
• Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.
• A clear way of working with stakeholders. You can ask good questions, align on scope, and explain decisions in simple terms.
• Familiarity with user experience, content strategy, or digital analytics.
• A collaborative, curious, and service-minded approach to problem solving.
