WSP is seeking a BIM Manager to join our Quebec Buildings team, supporting Mechanical and Electrical disciplines. You will lead BIM management, coordinate production, and ensure project delivery.

The role requires strong experience in Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, and related tools; fluency in French and English is preferred; contribute to digital transformation and AI initiatives within a collaborative environment.

Formación

• Formal BIM coordination/management training or certification.
• Experience with BIM standards and project documentation.
• Proficiency in English and French for technical communication.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain BIM standards for projects.
• Prepare BEP, BIM Management Plans, EIRs, and related docs.
• Create BIM models for Mechanical and Electrical disciplines.
• Conduct model QA/QC against BIM standards.
• Serve as BIM subject matter expert and mentor teammates.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.
• Configure Autodesk Forma, Revizto, Bluebeam, and Clarity.
• Produce BIM coordination reports and project dashboards.
• Support automation and digital transformation initiatives.
