IN Groupe in Bogotá is seeking a DevOps Support Engineer to drive automation, reliability, and operational excellence across platforms and CI/CD pipelines.

You will support development and operations teams, manage cloud and on‑prem environments, and collaborate across functions to improve deployment workflows and platform health.

Formación

• Experience providing Level 2/3 support for application platforms, CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong automation, scripting, and incident resolution skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for platforms, CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents related to applications, deployments, cloud services and infrastructure.
• Maintain, optimize and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate deployment processes, testing activities and operational tasks.
• Manage and support cloud and on‑premise environments.
• Administer containerized platforms using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor system performance and implement monitoring and alerting solutions.
• Apply security best practices and support compliance initiatives.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Collaborate closely with Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Operations teams.

Your Mission

The DevOps Support Engineer is responsible for ensuring the operational stability, availability, and performance of application platforms and CI/CD pipelines. This role supports development and operations teams, drives automation initiatives, improves system reliability, and contributes to the continuous delivery of high-quality services.

What you will do

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for application platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure environments.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents related to applications, deployments, cloud services, and infrastructure.
