Formación

Solvisse is a boutique software architecture and development firm that helps enterprise clients build reliable, scalable, and modern digital platforms. We operate lean, focusing on strong engineering practices, delivery efficiency, and reusable components that make future projects faster and more consistent.

We recently completed a full-scale enterprise CMS project for a global travel company and are now developing internal tools and delivery pipelines to strengthen our technical foundation.

Role Overview

We are seeking an Automation / DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain the technical infrastructure that supports Solvisse’s projects and internal frameworks. This hands‑on role is ideal for someone who enjoys optimizing processes, automating workflows, and ensuring smooth deployments and testing.

Key Responsibilities

• CI/CD & Infrastructure
• Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for multiple environments (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar).
• Manage Docker containers and environment configurations for local, staging, and demo environments.
• Standardize build and deployment scripts to accelerate project setup and reduce onboarding time.
• Automation & Internal Tools
• Develop scripts and utilities that automate repetitive development or deployment tasks.
• Implement monitoring and logging setups for internal projects and demos.
• Support configuration and infrastructure management across GCP or other cloud platforms.
• Testing & Quality
• Create and maintain automated test frameworks (unit, integration, and regression).
• Implement test data setup and cleanup routines for repeatable testing cycles.
• Ensure pipelines include robust quality gates and deployment validation.
• Knowledge & Documentation
• Document DevOps processes, environment configurations, and reusable templates.
• Contribute to the “Solvisse Engineering Playbook” for infrastructure and delivery best practices.

Skills & Experience

• Must Have:
  • 3+ years in DevOps, automation, or software engineering.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins).
  • Solid understanding of Docker, REST APIs, and cloud environments (preferably GCP or AWS).
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Cypress, Postman/Newman, or similar).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python, or Node.js).
• Nice to Have:
  • Experience with infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform, Cloud Build, or Ansible).
  • Background in supporting Java or CMS‑based projects (e.g., DotCMS).
  • Interest in improving delivery pipelines and internal tooling efficiency.
