Empresaconfidencial en Bogotá busca un Desarrollador SQL con experiencia en SSRS, SSMS y SSIS para respaldar al equipo de BI en el desarrollo, automatización y mantenimiento de soluciones de data warehouse y reporting.

El candidato ideal debe demostrar experiencia en entornos ERP multi-instancia, dominar SQL y diseñar consultas complejas, integrar fuentes de datos y colaborar en un entorno ITIL con rotaciones 24x7.

Qualifications

• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia profesional en reporte de bases de datos SQL.
• Experiencia diseñando y manteniendo soluciones BI con SSRS/SSMS/SSIS.
• Capacidad para crear consultas SQL complejas y scripts ETL.

Responsibilities

• Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener soluciones de reporting e BI con SSRS, SSMS, SSIS y Visual Studio.
• Desarrollar consultas SQL complejas que involucren múltiples tablas.
• Desarrollar y mantener scripts ETL para integración de datos desde diversas fuentes.
• Documentar pipelines de datos y modelos de datos para sostenimiento y transferencia de conocimiento.
• Participar en rotaciones 24x7 y adherirse a procesos ITIL de gestión de cambios, incidentes y problemas.
• Apoyar el modelo de entrega LATAM/global, implementar soluciones técnicas y apoyar iniciativas de data engineering.

Acerca del Rol

The ideal candidate is one who has demonstrated expertise in SQL Server Reporting Service (SSRS), SQL server Management Studio (SSMS), SQL server Integration Services (SSIS) and scripting within a multi-instance ERP database landscape. The SQL Developer is an individual contributor responsible for supporting the Sr. Data Engineer and Sr. Power BI Developer in the development, automation, and maintenance of enterprise data warehouse and reporting solutions for the BI COE.

Principales Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain reporting and business intelligence solutions using tools including SSRS, SSMS, SSIS, and Visual Studio.
• Develop complex SQL queries involving multiple tables using inner and outer joins, sub-queries, aggregate functions, unions, and other techniques.
• Develop and maintain ETL scripts for data integration, transformation, and cleansing from varied sources (databases, APIs, flat files). Utilize SSIS, PowerShell, Power Automate, and other automation scripts that facilitate Enterprise Reporting.
• Document data pipelines, data models, and application architecture for sustainment and knowledge transfer.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotations and adhere to ITIL-based change, incident, and problem management processes.
• Supports the LATAM/global delivery model, provides technical implementation, supports enterprise data engineering initiatives.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• A minimum B2 level of English is essential to apply for this position
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of database design and RDBMS concepts.
• Experience in creating database objects including stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Skilled in designing dashboards and reports, integrating the various data sources, and developing the data models used for presenting the data.
• Knowledge in ERP systems (Infor, SAP, HFA, PRMS) and the backend data structures are a plus.
• Strong proficiency in SQL Server versions 2012-2025 environments
