Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Delivery Manager with deep AI knowledge to lead and coordinate complex programs across global teams. You will manage projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring outcomes align with broader corporate aims and acting as the main communication bridge between internal groups and external collaborators.

You will drive planning, milestones, and resource distribution, supervise cross-functional teams, and manage scope, budget, and scheduling with flexibility.

Qualifications

• Five years or more of technical engineering work background.
• At least two years in Senior, Lead, Manager, or Owner-type roles.
• Proven history steering projects with five or more full-time staff.
• Advanced understanding of solution architecture with hands-on Agentic AI.
• Practical Python scripting skills and knowledge of AI technologies.
• Broad experience in both Project and Delivery Management across various projects.
• Direct involvement in Digital Project Management work.
• Exposure to Delivery Management in cloud infrastructure environments.
• Strong command of English, minimum B2 proficiency.

Responsibilities

We have an opening for a Delivery Manager with deep AI knowledge to come aboard and enhance our team's capabilities. Responsibilities

• Carry projects all the way from kickoff to delivery, confirming that results contribute to larger organizational aims
• Function as the central communication bridge linking internal groups with external collaborators during project execution
• Influence the planning process by setting realistic deadlines, significant milestones, and sensible resource distribution
• Watch over several ongoing efforts simultaneously, flagging emerging risks and applying fixes as situations demand
• Host routine progress meetings and relay updates to senior leadership along with other invested parties
• Nurture dependable relationships with clients to remain aware of changing demands and expected results
• Supervise teams drawn from different functional areas, promoting a mindset of collective responsibility and ownership
• Adjust project scope, budgetary limits, and scheduling whenever conditions call for flexibility
• Uncover chances to refine existing processes and introduce more effective practices throughout engagements
• Assist colleagues in working through difficulties and removing roadblocks that limit their effectiveness
• Uphold consistent quality measures across every stage of project delivery
• Provide input on team composition and staffing decisions aligned with specific project needs

Requirements

• Five years or more of applicable background rooted in technical engineering work
• A minimum of two years holding Senior, Lead, Manager, or Owner-type positions
• A proven history of successfully steering projects that involve teams of five or more full-time employees
• Advanced understanding of solution architecture together with hands-on capability in Agentic AI
• Practical Python scripting skills alongside a working understanding of fundamental AI technologies
• Broad experience spanning both Project Management and Delivery Management across different kinds of projects
• Direct involvement specifically with Digital Project Management work
• Familiarity with Delivery Management as applied within cloud infrastructure and related environments
• Exposure to Digital Marketing Project Management, supporting marketing initiatives and campaign executionStrong command of English, at minimum reaching a B2 proficiency threshold

• Carrying a certification tied to the Product Manager discipline would be seen as a beneficial addition
