Descripción de la vacante

CI&T is expanding its data practice and seeks a Master Data Architect to own the technical direction of a data modernization engagement across multiple markets, including Mexico, North America, Brazil, and Latin America.

The role blends hands-on architecture with team and stakeholder leadership, guiding the full lifecycle of data products from design through deployment while balancing core technical work with delivering measurable business value.

Formación

Advanced/Fluent English (C1 or above).
Advanced/Fluent Spanish (C1 or above).
Solid experience in data architecture design and technical leadership.
Experience designing, developing, and deploying pipelines, data lakes, data meshes, and other data products.
Experience with cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, or similar).
Experience with data pipeline orchestration and workflow automation.
Solid experience translating business problems into data solutions.

Responsabilidades

Technical Leadership: lead the team technically for data products across the engagement.
Architecture & Design: participate in design and architecture discussions with security and performance best practices.
Solution Strategy: translate business and technical requirements into viable solutions.
