Job summary

Gallagher seeks a Data Solution & Delivery Manager for LATAM to lead planning and delivery of data work across Peru, Chile, Colombia, and future rollouts. You will unite migration, architecture, engineering, data quality, reporting, and readiness into a single delivery model.

You will stabilise Peru, build repeatable approaches for other markets, manage scope, risks, budgets, and senior stakeholders, and foster clear governance and cross-country collaboration using agile practices.

Qualifications

• You have 7 or more years of experience leading complex data, technology, transformation, product, or delivery work.
• You have worked with teams across architecture, engineering, BI, data quality, operations, and business groups.
• You understand enterprise data environments including ingestion, transformation, cloud platforms, reporting, analytics, and support.
• You can manage scope, plans, risks, dependencies, vendors, budgets, releases, and senior stakeholders with confidence.
• You bring calm structure to fast-moving, multi-country environments.

Overview

The Data Solution & Delivery Manager leads the planning and delivery of data work for OPTIMA LATAM. This role brings together migration, architecture, engineering, data quality, reporting, and operational readiness in one clear delivery model. You will help stabilize Peru and build a repeatable approach for Chile, Colombia, Brazil, and future country rollouts. Your work will help teams deliver with more clarity, less risk, and stronger support for each market.

• Turn business and country priorities into a practical delivery plan with clear outcomes and timelines.
• Help different teams work well together across architecture, engineering, data quality, business intelligence, operations, and external partners.
• Improve readiness before each release so support, validation, and handoffs are clear and reliable.
• Build repeatable ways of working that can be used across countries, not just for one deployment.
• Spot risks, blockers, and capacity issues early, then help move work forward with the right support.
• Strengthen governance and communication so leaders have the information they need to make decisions.
• Support the growth of permanent LATAM data capabilities and reduce reliance on individual people or outside vendors over time.
• Help create a delivery environment where people can do their best work with clarity, trust, and shared purpose.

About You

• You have 7 or more years of experience leading complex data, technology, transformation, product, or delivery work.
• You have worked with teams across architecture, engineering, business intelligence, data quality, operations, and business groups.
• You understand how enterprise data environments work, including data ingestion, integration, transformation, cloud data platforms, reporting, analytics, and support.
• You can manage scope, plans, risks, dependencies, vendors, budgets, releases, and senior stakeholders with confidence.
• You can understand technical trade-offs well enough to guide decisions, while relying on technical experts for detailed design choices.
• You bring calm structure to fast-moving, multi-country, and changing environments.
• You communicate clearly, build trust, and handle escalation with good judgment.
• You are comfortable using Agile, Scrum, project management, product management, and IT service management practices.
• You use AI tools responsibly to support planning, analysis, documentation, and delivery management.
• You have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Certifications in project, Agile, product, or service management are a plus.
• You speak English and Spanish. Portuguese is a strong plus.
