A boutique outsourcing firm in Colombia is seeking a Data & Outreach Assistant to support data collection, CRM management, and outreach efforts. The role requires 2+ years of relevant experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Working hours are part-time, 20 hours per week, with a pay of $350 plus a monthly allowance. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow instructions while independently managing tasks.

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Data & Outreach Assistant to support the team with data collection, CRM management, prospect outreach, and presentation formatting. The ideal candidate is comfortable with manual data collection, repetitive, accuracy-driven tasks, and following detailed instructions. This role will primarily focus on collecting email and contact information, drafting outreach emails, managing Excel data, formatting PowerPoint presentations, and performing ad-hoc tasks to support senior team members in delivering high-quality, accurate work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Collection & CRM Support:
    • Manually source, collect, and input company and contact data into the firm\'s CRM
    • Build and maintain prospect lists for outreach and marketing initiatives
    • Support the creation and organization of outbound email campaigns and contact databases
    • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and cleanliness across CRM systems
    • Drafting emails for prospects on behalf of other team members
  • Excel Analysis & Data Management
    • Reformat PowerPoint slides into Edgar Matthews & Co.s standard templates
    • Implement detailed formatting instructions from senior bankers
    • Clean up charts, tables, and layouts for client-ready materials
    • Support pitch decks, investment memoranda, and internal presentations
  • General Analytical & Execution Support:
    • Assist bankers with ad-hoc analysis, data requests, and project support
    • Maintain high standards of accuracy, responsiveness, and organization
    • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
    • Support the broader team with ad-hoc tasks and execution-focused projects as needed
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in data collection, CRM management, email outreach, or administrative support roles
  • Comfortable with manual data collection and repetitive, accuracy-driven work
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data cleaning, formulas, formatting, trackers)
  • High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with strong attention to formatting and layout
  • Strong written communication skills, especially for drafting professional emails
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and execute tasks consistently
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to support senior team members
  • Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and quality standards
  • Two professional references and a valid criminal background check issued within the last 60 days are required for all successful applicants.
  • Completion of intake paperwork, including submission of a valid tax identification number (e.g., Social Security Number, Social Insurance Number, or the country\'s equivalent), is required before onboarding.
Working Hours

Part-Time (20 hours per week)

Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 1:00 p.m Eastern Time

Pay: $350 + $30 Allowance per month
