Auxis is seeking an experienced Data Integration Engineer - Senior Associate to administer the Informatica platform and develop ELT/ETL solutions on Informatica, dbt and Snowflake. You will focus on pipeline delivery, platform reliability, and standardization to enable scalable, trusted data products aligned to the Data & Analytics strategy.

Key responsibilities include building CI/CD for data assets, managing RBAC and security, and optimizing performance and costs across environments.

Formación

• 5+ years of data integration and platform engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC (CIH) is required.
• Snowflake and dbt for ELT/ETL development and maintenance.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data processing.
• Experience with API-based data ingestion (REST APIs, JSON/XML).
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT patterns and end-to-end data lifecycle.
• Experience implementing CI/CD and environment management for data solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS) and Agile/Scrum delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Administer, configure, and maintain the Informatica platform (Informatica IDMC).
• Design, develop, and maintain ELT/ETL workflows using Informatica, dbt and Snowflake.
• Build scalable ingestion, orchestration, and transformation patterns for enterprise data platform.
• Develop CI/CD for data integration assets and deployments.
• Manage RBAC, security and governance aspects on the Informatica platform.
• Optimize cost and performance of Informatica and Snowflake workloads.
• Implement data quality and observability in pipelines; integrate with monitoring.
• Handle service requests, incidents, RCA and maintain runbooks.
• Weekly operational reporting on service status, incidents, RCA, improvements and FinOps.
• Mentor associate engineers and contribute to standards and docs.

The Data Integration Engineer - Senior Associate is responsible for the administration of the Informatica platform and for the development and maintenance of ELT and ETL data integration solutions built on Informatica, dbt and Snowflake. This role focuses on integration pipeline delivery, platform administration, reliability, and standardization, enabling scalable delivery and maintenance of trusted data products aligned to the Data & Analytics strategy.

The Data Integration Engineer - Senior Associate is responsible for the administration of the Informatica platform and for the development and maintenance of ELT and ETL data integration solutions built on Informatica, dbt and Snowflake. This role focuses on integration pipeline delivery, platform administration, reliability, and standardization, enabling scalable delivery and maintenance of trusted data products aligned to the Data & Analytics strategy.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain the Informatica platform (Informatica IDMC), including environment setup, upgrades, patching, connectivity, monitoring, and overall platform health.
• Design, develop, and maintain ELT and ETL data integration workflows using Informatica, dbt and Snowflake, ensuring efficient, reusable, and well-documented transformation logic.
• Build and maintain scalable ingestion, orchestration, and transformation patterns to integrate data from diverse sources into the enterprise data platform and develop reusable templates/modules to accelerate onboarding and delivery.
• Build and maintain CI/CD for data integration assets and pipeline deployments, promoting consistent, automated, and reliable releases.
• Partner with security and governance stakeholders to administer platform access, icluding role-based access control (RBAC), user onboarding, connection management, and remediation of security incidents on the Informatica platform.
• Optimize cost and performance in Informatica through proactive resource and IPU monitoring and mapping, transformation and task optimization.
• Optimize cost and performance across Snowflake warehouses, queries, and data loads; recommend and deploy schema changes (tables, views, materialized views, etc.); and perform query tuning and optimization for ELT and ETL workloads.
• Implement data quality and data observability checks within integration pipelines and integrate with enterprise monitoring
• Manage service requests, change requests, and incident management, including Major Incident Management (MIM) with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and remediation; create and maintain documentation for Informatica configurations, dbt models, integration workflows, and operational runbooks.
• Weekly operational reporting on service request status, incident management, RCA tickets, platform improvements, and platform consumption (FinOps) monitoring.
• Mentor associate engineers; contribute to data integration standards, best practices, and documentation.

Skills and Experience

• English level B2+
• Strong data integration and platform engineering background with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience administering the Informatica platform (Informatica IDMC, CIH) is required.
• Hands-on Snowflake experience is required, with a focus on ELT and ETL development and maintenance.
• Strong hands-on experience with dbt for building and maintaining data transformation models.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data processing and automation.
• Proven experience with API-based data ingestion (REST APIs, JSON/XML) and integrating diverse source systems.
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT patterns, data modeling, and the end-to-end data lifecycle.
• Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD and environment management for data integration solutions.
• Strong operational discipline: incident management, problem management, and release/change practices; familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Agile/Scrum delivery exposure.

Education / Professional Experience/ Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience administering and supporting the Informatica platform (Informatica IDMC) in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and dbt for ELT and ETL development and maintenance.
• Experience with enterprise authentication/authorization patterns, RBAC, and secrets management; exposure to FinOps practices for platform consumption.
