BairesDev is seeking a Data Engineer with expertise in SAP and Snowflake to integrate SAP data into modern cloud environments and enable real-time analytics with Snowflake and Power BI.

You’ll design automated ETL/ELT pipelines, model data for analytics, and collaborate with stakeholders to map SAP objects into analytics-ready cloud schemas—all in a 100% remote role with competitive USD or local currency compensation.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering with a focus on SAP data integration.
• Proven expertise in integrating SAP BW data into Snowflake cloud data warehouses.
• Proficiency in developing and supporting reporting and analytics layers using Power BI.
• Strong background in building hybrid data pipelines connecting ERP systems to cloud environments.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement automated ETL/ELT pipelines to extract data from SAP BW and load it into Snowflake.
• Develop and optimize data models in Snowflake to support downstream reporting and BI requirements in Power BI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to map SAP business objects into analytics-ready cloud schemas.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency between source ERP systems and cloud-based analytics layers.
• Optimize query performance and storage strategies within the Snowflake environment.

As a Data Engineer specializing in SAP and Snowflake, you will integrate business-critical SAP data into modern cloud environments. You will connect traditional ERP systems with scalable cloud data warehouses to enable advanced analytics and real-time insights across the organization.

What You'll Do
