Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a data engineer to build and optimize data pipelines, design Snowflake data models, and enhance observability across analytics projects. You will deliver dashboards and collaborate with stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in data modeling (Kimball), strong SQL and Python, plus hands-on experience with Airflow, DBT, APIs, Snowflake, and AWS S3. BI tooling like Tableau and CI/CD with GitLab are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data modeling experience, especially Kimball.
• Strong SQL skills and Snowflake or similar warehouse experience.
• Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation.
• Experience building ETL pipelines with Airflow or similar tools.
• Experience using DBT for transformation, testing and modeling.
• Experience accessing APIs and integrating data into Snowflake.
• Ability to build simple Tableau dashboards.
• Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD workflows.

Responsibilities
