PayJoy is hiring a Risk Analyst to scale its point-of-sale credit portfolio across LATAM and other markets. You will use PayJoy's data warehouse to build analyses, policies, and dashboards that optimize risk outcomes and profitability across countries.

In this role you will extract datasets with SQL and Python or R, propose actionable steps, and work with Data Science to implement ML models. You will document analyses and communicate insights to executives, product, engineering and go-to-market

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or similar.
• 2+ years in rigorous analytical/empirical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Use SQL and R or Python to extract and manipulate data.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with Data Science to deploy ML models that optimize portfolio outcomes.
• Create dashboards measuring performance of credit portfolios and A/B tests.
• Document analyses and recommendations clearly.
