Ingram Micro in Bogotá, Colombia seeks a seasoned Vendor Relations Specialist to act as a bridge between vendors and our organization, driving and maintaining vendor programs, marketing, and training.

You will review contract terms, negotiate effectively, build strong vendor relationships, monitor performance, and resolve invoice or contract discrepancies while communicating day-to-day matters to vendors. A four-year degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience are required.

Formación

• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, including 1 year in a vendor-related role.
• Ability to work independently and follow policies.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as liaison between vendors and the organization and manage vendor programs.
• Review and negotiate terms of vendor contracts.
• Build and maintain positive vendor relationships and monitor performance.
• Research invoice and contractual issues and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate with vendors on day-to-day matters.
