A remote wellness company is seeking a reliable and empathetic Part-Time Customer Support Agent. This role involves providing high-quality customer care during scheduled hours while following standard operating procedures. Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, excellent communication skills, and a dependable presence during shifts. The position offers flexible remote work, consisting of 16-20 hours weekly, including weekends.

This is a coverage-specific position requiring a candidate who is exceptionally disciplined with their schedule. You will work within established systems to resolve inquiries, follow detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure every customer feels heard and supported.
