Formación

• At least one year of experience as Kitchen Steward or Dishwasher in large restaurants, hotels, or cruise industry.
• Working knowledge of cleaning and sanitation practices and procedures in the food service industry.
• Good oral and written command of the English language.

Responsabilidades

• Follow operational methods and seek advice from the Galley Supervisor.
• Clean and sanitize galley equipment and service locations.
• Report equipment defects to the Galley Supervisor.

Conocimientos

Experience as Kitchen Steward or Dishwasher

Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation practices

Good command of the English language

Motivated to excel
