Job summary

Overseas is seeking a Creative Designer (Static and Motion) to own design output across static and motion assets, thumbnails, social content, and brand collateral. This role emphasizes a strong creative eye and visual storytelling, with motion as a strong plus.

This position is 100% remote, with availability during US business hours. You will design for digital platforms, collaborate with video producers and editors, and contribute ideas at the brief stage while delivering high-quality creative

Qualifications

• Proven creative design experience with a strong portfolio of static work.
• Excellent visual storytelling and layout skills for video contexts.
• Ability to work independently across multiple formats.
• Strong communication and feedback incorporation.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality static assets including thumbnails, social media graphics, presentation decks, and brand collateral that are polished, on-brand, and built to perform across digital platforms
• Work within brand systems while bringing genuine creative judgment to every brief
• Resize and adapt assets across formats and placements efficiently and accurately
• Create motion graphics, animated titles, lower thirds, transitions, and other video-adjacent design elements, iterating on feedback from the production team
• Collaborate with video producers, editors, and creative leads so design assets integrate seamlessly into video output
• Contribute creative ideas and visual concepts at the brief stage rather than only executing what is handed to you
• Organize project files and finished assets with clean structure, version control, and deliver them in the correct formats for each use case
