Publicis Global Delivery in LATAM seeks a versatile Creative Designer (Print & Digital) with strong design and production capabilities across print and digital channels. The role supports multiple levels of seniority, beginning at approximately three years of relevant professional experience.

Strong print knowledge and production experience are the primary selection criteria, complemented by the ability to design digital assets such as emails and landing pages.

• 3 to 8 years of experience as a Designer in Print Design and Production
• Direct Mail, POP, and Brochure Design
• Digital Design and Email Design
• Landing Page Design
• Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
• Typography and Layout
• Artwork Preparation and Quality Control
• Brand Guidelines and Adaptation
• Production Workflow Management

Responsabilidades

• Design and produce creative assets for integrated print and digital marketing communications.
• Develop layouts and final artwork for Direct Mail, POP materials, brochures, and other printed collateral.
• Design and adapt digital assets, including emails and landing pages, in alignment with brand and campaign requirements.
• Prepare accurate, production-ready files according to print, prepress, digital, platform, and vendor specifications.
• Execute versioning, resizing, localization, template-based production, and adaptation across formats and channels.
• Participate throughout the production workflow, from brief review and asset collection to quality control, final delivery, and archiving.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently while maintaining typography, hierarchy, layout, color, and visual quality.
• Identify production risks early, resolve issues, and communicate with teams.
• Manage multiple assignments and shifting priorities with accuracy and deadlines.
• Receive and implement feedback, asking questions and proposing practical solutions.
• Maintain organized working files and final asset repositories.
