Inchcape is seeking a finance process improvement professional to analyse end-to-end R2R processes and drive standardisation across global operations. The role focuses on data quality, compliance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement new tools and automation initiatives.

You will work with SAP, Excel, and Power BI to map processes, develop improvement opportunities, and support project execution in a dynamic, multinational environment.

General Ledger Accounting, inventory Accounting. fixed Assets, balance sheet reconciliation, including bank and intercompany processes.

JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in analysing and improving end-to-end R2R processes, ensuring alignment with global standards and best practices. Support the implementation of process improvements, automation, and standardisation initiatives (e.g., RPA, AI). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and process compliance. Participate in the rollout and adoption of new tools and technologies. Assist in documenting processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting project execution.

Understanding of Global Business Services (GBS) environments and accounting processes: Experience in process design, mapping, and improvement, with a focus on compliance and quality. Working knowledge of accounting principles IFRS, SAP and Blackline. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, macros, formulas, data modeling) and Power BI for data analysis and visualisation. Strong knowledge in SAP and scripts. Background in data management and shared service centre operations.
