Hy-Vee in Colombia is seeking a friendly Coffee Shop Barista to greet customers, craft beverages, keep the shop stocked, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile. You’ll take orders, assist customers, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere in a fast-paced setting.

You will handle payments, follow safety and cleanliness standards, and collaborate with teammates to deliver efficient, high-quality service that makes customers feel valued.

Formación

• Follow written and verbal instructions with confidence.
• Use basic math skills for simple addition, subtraction, counting, and recording.
• Communicate clearly with customers and teammates in a friendly, helpful way.
• Stay organized and keep up with the pace of a busy coffee shop environment.
• No HS diploma required; up to six months of related experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers warmly and deliver outstanding service.
• Take orders at the counter and over the phone.
• Prepare and replenish coffee shop products as needed.
• Monitor product freshness and production needs.
• Handle food safely and keep work area clean and orderly.
• Process payments at the register.
• Maintain a tidy department and assist teammates as needed.
• Follow Hy-Vee dress code and policies.
