Aptimized is seeking an experienced Azure Architect to design, implement, and govern secure, scalable Microsoft Azure cloud solutions for enterprise applications. You will lead cloud architecture initiatives, drive migration strategies, and provide technical leadership across infrastructure, security, networking, DevOps, and application modernization.

• 5-8 years of IT experience with Azure cloud technologies.
• Strong understanding of Azure infrastructure and enterprise IT environments.

Responsabilidades

• Design end-to-end Azure cloud architectures for enterprise applications.
• Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives from on-premises to Azure.
• Design secure, scalable, resilient, and cost-optimized Azure environments.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates).
• Architect Azure networking solutions (VNets, ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway, NSGs, Azure Firewall, Load Balancer, Application Gateway).
• Define Azure governance using Management Groups, Policies, Blueprints, and RBAC.
• Design high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies.
• Implement identity and security with Microsoft Entra ID, CA, MFA, Key Vault.
• Build CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Architect container and serverless solutions (AKS, Azure Functions, Container Apps).
• Optimize Azure environments for performance, security, and cost (FinOps).
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical leadership to engineering teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into cloud solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Azure Architect to design, implement, and govern secure, scalable, and highly available Microsoft Azure cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will lead cloud architecture initiatives, drive cloud migration strategies, establish governance, and provide technical leadership across infrastructure, security, networking, DevOps, and application modernization.

About the Role

The Azure Architect will be responsible for designing end-to-end Azure cloud architectures for enterprise applications and leading cloud migration and modernization initiatives from on-premises to Azure.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Azure cloud architectures for enterprise applications.
• Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives from on-premises to Azure.
• Design secure, scalable, resilient, and cost-optimized Azure environments.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates).

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of overall IT experience, including hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud technologies.
• Strong understanding of Azure infrastructure, cloud services, and enterprise IT environments.
• Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, is required.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), RBAC, IAM, and security best practices.
• Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Python.
• Experience with hybrid cloud and multi-region deployments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
• AZ-500: Azure Security Engineer Associate

Pay range and compensation package

• Compensation will be offered in line with current market standards and will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
