Merck is seeking a Clinical Data Management Analyst to execute end-to-end data management activities for clinical trials, including data collection, validation, query management, and database lock preparation, in line with SOPs.

The role requires a B.A./B.S. in a life sciences or engineering field with 2 years of experience, fluent English, and strong analytical and communication skills; hybrid work arrangement offered in Bogotá.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or B.S. in a life sciences or engineering field with 2 years of formal work experience.
• Experience in Clinical Data Management and data integrity governance.
• Fluent English, strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute end-to-end data management activities for clinical trials.
• Manage data collection, validation, and reconciliation and prepare databases for lock.
• Coordinate data cleaning, coding, and query resolution in support of trial timelines.

Under the direction of the applicable management, the Clinical Data Management Analyst is responsible for executing end to end data management activities pertaining to clinical trials, including but not limited to; data management tool and system development, validation and maintenance, data collection, data integrity review and reconciliation, query management, medical coding, and database lock preparation, in compliance with our company Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines.

Education and Experience:

• At least B.A. or B.S. degree Biomedical Engineer, Chemical Engineer, Pharmaceutical Chemist, Microbiology, Bioanalysis, Biology, Data Science and Bacteriology, with 2 years of formal work experience .
