Formación

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Insurance Services team at Marsh. This role will be based in Colombia (Bogota). This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

In this role you will be part of a dynamic team handling complex and diverse insurance tasks. You will gain excellent exposure to insurance processes, enhance your insurance knowledge, and build client management skills. The role includes comprehensive training and clear milestones to help you become proficient within your first 90 days.

We will count on you to:
  • Contribute to achieving Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with internal targets related to error reduction, quality checking, and processing
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with CE/Broker and Policy Servicing teams
  • Ensure all documentation complies with Marsh Procedures, Compliance Standards, and regulatory guidelines
  • Prepare Proof of Insurance documents timely and manage workflow coordination within MMA Teams.
  • Manage own queue of work to ensure timely delivery as per SLA and escalating delays or queries appropriately
  • Maintain performance standards and update reports regularly based on predefined templates
  • Adhere to company policies and compliance requirements, including data security and regulatory frameworks
What you need to have:
  • Prior work experience, preferably 2-4 years in administrative roles and customer service, ideally within the insurance or insurance broking domain.
  • Good command of spoken and written English, along with local language proficiency
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and willingness to learn and adapt to changes
  • Graduate degree with superior comprehension and articulation skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset and ability to convey ideas effectively among knowledgeable audiences.

  • Insurance certification from ‘The Institutes’, USA (AINS, CPCU etc).
  • Post-Graduation or Certificate Courses in Insurance.
  • Prior experience in insurance process, especially Proof of Insurance/Certificates processing.
