Job summary

WSP en Colombia is seeking a Civil Engineer specialized in Civil 3D with 2–3 years of professional experience to develop and design infrastructure projects. You will support multidisciplinary teams, prepare drawings and documentation, and collaborate with international clients where advanced English is required; French is a plus.

This full-time role offers exposure to international projects and BIM workflows, with a focus on quality and robust civil design.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
2–3 years of professional experience.
Strong and proven experience with Civil 3D (mandatory).
Experience in infrastructure projects and civil design.
Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and international environments.

Responsibilities

Develop and update civil engineering designs and models using Civil 3D.
Prepare drawings, surfaces, alignments, profiles, and related technical documentation.
Support the development and coordination of infrastructure projects.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Prepare and review technical deliverables in accordance with project standards.
Participate in technical meetings and coordination activities with international teams.
Ensure compliance with established quality, design, and documentation standards for each project.
