Picnic, based in Bogotá, is reinventing lunch at work by partnering with local restaurants and batching hundreds of orders to offer high-quality, individually packaged meals without fees. This onsite role supports the operations engine, ensuring data accuracy and seamless systems use across the team.

The candidate will train the operations team, handle payments and licensing tasks, and liaise with counsel as needed, contributing to a fast-growing startup that values collaboration and impact.

Responsabilidades

• Support operations organization by ensuring operational data is correct, and users are set up correctly to use the operating systems.
• Run quality assurance and data audit activities to ensure data is accurate and updated.
• Manage process-based customer needs on behalf of the operations team, such as payments, alcohol applications, tobacco licenses, health permits, etc, liaising with external counsel as required.
• Train the operations team on the use of systems, acting as the key interface with the team via phone and email support in a professional and efficient manner
• Support other activities within Business Operations as required.
