Chief Technology Officer (CTO) | Digital Services & Platform Director

Are you a business-driven tech leader passionate about integrating diverse engineering cultures, building scalable digital platforms, and driving a profitable technology unit? At IGN Global, we are merging two of our core tech operations—INA and Inmov Tech—into a single, powerhouse digital transformation unit, and we are looking for a CTO to lead the charge.

Your Challenge

This is not an internal IT or infrastructure role. As our CTO, you will lead a billable digital services unit with direct P&L responsibility. Your primary challenge will be integrating two distinct delivery cultures: a highly structured, quality-first U.S. operation (INA) and a fast-paced, brand-focused Colombian operation (Inmov Tech). You will establish unified software development governance, optimize capacity planning, and lead the strategic redesign of our business model to generate recurring revenue through proprietary platforms and SaaS offerings.

What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or Master's degree in Technology Management or Business Administration is highly preferred.
• Experience: 10–12 years of professional experience in technology, with at least 5 years leading software engineering or technology teams.
• Billable Operations & P&L: Proven track record directing a client-facing, billable delivery operation, managing P&L, billable hours, margins, and commercial relationships (not just internal IT).
• Cultural Integration: Demonstrated experience consolidating and integrating technical teams with different delivery cadences, methodologies, and operational cultures.
• Software Governance: Strong command of software development governance, including capacity planning, engineering standards, and providing high visibility into delivery metrics.
• Platform & Recurring Revenue: Hands‑on experience building and scaling digital products or platforms designed to generate recurring revenue, beyond bespoke project delivery.
• Language Requirements: Certified English proficiency (B2 or higher) is mandatory, as you will actively manage operations and client relationships in the United States.
• Desirable: Previous experience working within the agency, marketing, or retail industries.
