EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Chief Infrastructure Automation & Orchestration Engineer to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable, secure hybrid Windows, Citrix, and cloud platforms with a strong automation focus.

You will mentor engineers, drive IaC adoption, implement zero-trust controls, and coordinate with cybersecurity, network, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable, scalable platforms. The role offers international projects and career growth opportunities.

Formación

• 7+ years in infrastructure engineering across hybrid environments.
• 5+ years Windows enterprise design, integration and validation.
• 5+ years cloud experience with AWS or Azure, including IAM/hybrid patterns.
• 5+ years IaC development and maintenance experience.
• Strong leadership to mentor engineers and drive standardization.
• Strong architecture skills for scalable, secure platform design.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Define hybrid infra architecture for Windows, Citrix and cloud with automation-first approach.
• Lead IaC standards, provide examples and mentorship to teams.
• Engineer and administer IAM across on-prem and multi-cloud.
• Build automation and self-service workflows using PowerShell.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity partners on threat management and DLPE.
• Establish monitoring, alerting, and reporting for uptime and capacity.

We are seeking a Chief Infrastructure Automation & Orchestration Engineer to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable, secure hybrid Windows, Citrix, and cloud platforms with a strong emphasis on automation, zero-configuration, and zero-trust.
