EPAM Systems is seeking a Chief-level Full Stack Developer to drive solution architecture and hands-on delivery for an intelligent media backbone across production and distribution workflows.

The role requires bridging design and implementation with extensive hands-on Python and full-stack capabilities, alongside strong leadership in complex, multi-phase programs.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in solution architecture and application architecture within complex delivery environments
• 2+ years of leadership experience as a technical execution lead bridging design and implementation
• Strong project delivery skills across multi-phase, multi-year programs with cross-functional stakeholders
• Expert Python development skills for scripting, integrations, and workflow automation
• Advanced full-stack engineering skills to deliver scalable integrations and customizations
• Deep Media & Entertainment domain knowledge across VFX, production, and post-production workflows
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2) for effective collaboration and documentation

• Collaborate with stakeholders to map fragmented manual workflows into automated processes
• Support media asset management use cases involving source and deliverable assets
• Ensure delivered solutions enable continuous efficiency improvements and long-term operational excellence
