Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Business Analyst to evaluate chatbot outputs and analyze business-related results. You will identify gaps, document assessments, and support AI performance improvements using strong business judgment and attention to detail.

A degree in a related field and 3+ years of analytical experience are required. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar business/data tools.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate chatbot/business outputs against defined criteria.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum is an added advantage.
