INGEPSY in Bogotá is seeking a hands-on Handyman to join an on-site maintenance team. You will support facility upkeep, repairs, and equipment operations in a dynamic, international environment.

The role requires Spanish fluency and at least 2 years in maintenance or facilities, plus the ability to work 12-hour day/night shifts and handle basic plumbing and electrical tasks, with training and benefits provided.

Formación

• Fluent Spanish required for on-site communication.
• At least 2 years in maintenance, facilities, or technical support.
• Experience with plumbing and electrical systems; comfortable with hand and power tools.
• Valid driver's license; willingness to rotate 12-hour day/night shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general maintenance: painting, patching, cleaning, and basic repairs.
• Handle minor repairs on machinery, appliances, equipment.
• Inspect facilities and common areas for issues and hazards.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service calls.
• Carry out plumbing, electrical and general repair tasks safely.
