Crossing Hurdles is seeking a part-time remote researcher in phylogenetics to review AI-generated problems, assess scientific accuracy and grading, and provide detailed annotations. You will evaluate outputs for biology accuracy, reasoning quality, and completeness, and collaborate with AI research teams to improve evaluation workflows.

Start immediately from Colombia; 15–20 hours now, with 8 hours daily and 4 hours overlap with PST.

Formación

• Master's/PhD in Phylogenetics, Evolutionary Biology, Bioinformatics, Genetics, Computational Biology, Life Sciences, or related field, OR 4+ years of professional experience in Phylogenetics.
• Strong scientific reasoning, analytical, and research skills.
• Ability to provide detailed feedback and high-quality annotations.
• Excellent structured communication and collaboration skills in a remote environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to start immediately and commit approximately 15–20 hours over the next few days.
• Availability for 8 hours per day with at least 4 hours of overlap with PST.
