Allied Steel Buildings is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to contribute to the application modernization initiative by ensuring software quality, reliability, and production readiness across enterprise applications. This role will validate .NET 10 upgrades, execute testing strategies, manage defects, and collaborate with developers, SDET resources, and stakeholders to guarantee successful delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or Software Testing roles.
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for application modernization initiatives.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to‑end testing across applications.
• Validate .NET 10 application upgrades, dependency updates, authentication components, and technology stack changes introduced during modernization.
• Partner with SDET resources to support automated testing initiatives and improve overall test coverage and quality outcomes.
• Create and maintain test documentation, test results, defect logs, validation evidence, and release readiness artifacts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and U.S.-based stakeholders.

• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Partner with SDET resources to support automated testing initiatives and improve overall test coverage and quality outcomes.
• Create and maintain test documentation, test results, defect logs, validation evidence, and release readiness artifacts throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Description

The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer will contribute to the delivery of Tivity's application modernization initiative by ensuring software quality, reliability, and production readiness across enterprise applications. This role will be responsible for validating application upgrades from .NET 6 to .NET 10, executing comprehensive testing strategies, managing defects, and partnering closely with developers, SDET resources, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. The Quality Assurance Engineer will support modernization efforts through functional testing, regression validation, release readiness activities, and continuous quality improvement practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for application modernization initiatives.
