ECA is seeking secondary science teachers to educate middle and high school students (grades 7–12) in science subjects, with most instruction in English. The role includes maintaining curriculum alignment, tracking student progress, and participating in service projects and mission activities.

Responsibilities cover lesson planning, classroom management, and ongoing professional development, with support from the middle school principal and Academic Director.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and teaching credentials preferred.
• Experience teaching middle or high school science in English preferred.
• Ability to address multiple science disciplines (life, earth, physical science).
• Strong communication with students, parents, and colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Teach classes as assigned on the master schedule for grades 7–12.
• Monitor academic, spiritual, and social development of students.
• Update and polish curriculum guides and lesson plans.
• Maintain records of attendance, grades, and resources.
• Communicate with parents about student progress and concerns.
• Attend department and faculty meetings and participate in professional development.
