Rochester Talent in Colombia seeks a Psychologist to provide individual guidance to students and parents, based on Choice Theory. You will support admissions with interviews and follow-ups and collaborate with teachers and the Student Welfare Center.

The ideal candidate holds a Psychology degree (and specialization in Education), is bilingual in English and Spanish, and has 3+ years of school counseling experience with a dynamic, non-coercive classroom approach.

Formación

• Degree in Psychology.
• Graduates and / or specialization in areas related to Psychology and Education.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish.
• Experience at least 3 years in counseling students at schools.
• Dynamic teaching method with non-coercive classroom management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual guidance to students and parents.
• Support admissions process with interviews and follow-up.
• Collaborate with Student Welfare Center and teachers to plan strategies.
