MICHAEL PAGE INTERNATIONAL is seeking a bilingual Financial Analyst in Bogotá to support financial reporting, business partnering, and contract management across a diverse portfolio. You will analyze trends, prepare reports for budgeting and forecasting, and act as a Finance Business Partner to regional teams, identifying risks and opportunities.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, IFRS knowledge, advanced Excel and Power BI, and experience with SAP/Hyperion databases.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or related
• Strong understanding of IFRS and internal control frameworks.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• Experience in ERP systems (SAP, Hyperion) and databases such as Access or SQL.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and model purchasing and volume trends across the assigned portfolio, performing reconciliations and monthly performance reviews to assess profitability, cost behavior, and incentive impact on margins.
• Prepare and interpret financial reports that directly support budgeting, rolling forecasts, KPI tracking, and long-term planning, translating data into insights for strategic and commercial decision-making.
• Act as a Finance Business Partner to National Account Executives and Regional teams, delivering forward-looking analysis on client performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and influencing growth and retention strategies.
• Translate contractual financial terms into financial models and ERP structures, ensuring accurate financial representation, compliance, and alignment between commercial agreements and financial outcomes.
• Support audit processes, internal controls, and regulatory reporting, while leading special financial analyses and ad-hoc projects that drive visibility into performance, efficiency, and business risks.
