TTEC Colombia is seeking a Bilingual Chat and Voice Customer Service representative in Bogotá, Colombia. You will help customers via chat, email, and social media, resolving issues and providing support.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in customer service and possesses impeccable communication skills. A competitive base wage of 2.500.000 COL along with additional benefits and bonuses is offered.

Formación

• 1+ year related customer service experience in retail, banking, etc.
• Excellent grammar and spelling in written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple screens.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming communications from customers.
• Resolve issues using written communication only.
