Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a skilled in-store makeup artist in Cartagena de Indias to deliver personalized customer experiences, educate clients and participate in in-store events.

You will work with a high-performing team to elevate visual merchandising and drive excellent customer engagement. This role welcomes candidates with makeup artistry qualifications or amateur level experience, offering training and development in prestige beauty.

Qualifications

• Qualification in make-up artistry or retail makeup experience preferred; amateurs welcome.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Capacity to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
