• Direct operational responsibility for Bayer Process alumina refining in an industrial-scale plant environment.
• Proven experience managing continuous 24/7 plant operations, including thermal stability and process control.
• Strong expertise in energy management, including steam system optimization and heat efficiency improvements.
• Demonstrated experience with Red Mud handling and residue management, aligned with international environmental compliance requirements.
• Track record of leadership in heavy industrial production settings with strong safety culture.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations and performance management of an industrial alumina refinery utilizing the Bayer Process.
• Ensure continuous, stable 24/7 production while maintaining process control and thermal balance across the plant.
• Oversee digestion, clarification, precipitation, and calcination circuits with a focus on throughput and product quality.
• Manage energy, steam, and heat integration systems to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Drive improvements in plant reliability, availability, and operational discipline.
• Supervise Red Mud residue handling, storage, and disposal in compliance with international environmental and safety standards.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across operations, maintenance, process engineering, and HSE.
• Implement best practices for risk management, safety leadership, and continuous improvement.
• Serve as the primary operational interface with technical consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
